# Gap pass K: No Breaks (57) + No Breaks Radio (58), 2026-10-03

Candidates: `img-candidates/no-breaks-k/` (12) and `no-breaks-radio-k/` (4), each with `_sources.tsv`; every file viewed on a contact sheet, none above 2000 px, none upscaled. Not touched: richting-v9.html, werk.yaml, img/. Nobody contacted. Audio: only probed, nothing kept (temp files deleted; /tmp/nbk holds web scrapes only).
Builds on gaps-B and gaps-E (not repeated). **New here**: the full No Breaks I record, 18 May 2002 PreParty photos, press list, radio guest list with dates, radio start date, the Radio Leiderdorp to Unity FM link, the dissolution date, durations per mp3.

## 0. Corrections to what werk.yaml and earlier passes say
1. **Radio started 4 Oct 2002, not 2003.** Wayback `no-breaks.net/tripwire.php` (2003-08-10): "No Breaks Radio ... bestaat sinds 4 oktober 2002 ... elke vrijdagavond tussen 21.00 en 23.00 ... UNITY FM 106.1". Row 58 "2003 to 2004" is the span of the recordings only. Wayback `degasten.html` (2005-03-06) still lists weekly guests 11 Feb to 8 Apr 2005 (25 Mar onward "nog niet bevestigd"), so the show ran into spring 2005. Safe row span: 2002 to 2005 (show page); "2003 to 2004" only for "recordings kept".
2. **Back Once Again = Friday 3 Aug 2007.** The press text in `No Breaks 2.zip > boerderij/perberichtNBB1a.doc` says "Vier jaar na de laatste editie", the last edition being No Breaks III (29 Nov 2003). 3 Aug 2007 is a Friday; matches gaps-E (Photoshop metadata July 2007). So there was no No Breaks night in 2004 to 2006, and the 2005 "reeks No Breaks party's" announced on the site (`home.html`, 2005-03) is not evidenced as held.
3. **First night is documented, not "probably"**: No Breaks I = Saturday 29 June 2002, De Boerderij Zoetermeer (Wayback `nobreaks.php`, 2004-02-14; `media.php`: "No Breaks, Authentic Urban Flavour (29 juni 2002 Boerderij, Zoetermeer)"). Gaps-E guess confirmed.
4. **Station name**: the press list names "Radio Leiderdorp" in April and June 2002; a Jan 2003 Word file in the zip (`Docs/vragen Vergadering RTV Leid`, "Vergadering Radio Leiderdorp") asks "Is het zo dat er een naamswijziging plaats gaat vinden". So the station was Radio Leiderdorp (RTV Leiderdorp) first and Unity FM 106.1 from 2003. The 2002 shows were therefore not on "Unity FM". Wayback contact page (2005): studio at Mauritssingel 78b, Leiderdorp.
5. **Stichting No Breaks formally dissolved effective 1 Jan 2022** (KvK 17a forms, KvK 27272379, registered in Den Haag, prepared Jan to Feb 2022; `Backup_02/Documents/Zakelijk/Admin/NoBreaks/`, plus a copy in `Prive/NoBreaks/`). Contains signatures and private addresses: never copy, quote the date only. Also: No Breaks.zip is truncated (no central directory), but local headers are readable: it holds only `logotest.ai`, two small images, "adresses" and "Interessante Artiesten" (notes, third-party names, skipped), and two jingle AIFFs (`NBTDjingle6A/7.aiff`, ~2.2 MB each, "NBTD" meaning unknown).

## 1. Club nights (row 57), facts per night

Visitor counts: **none found anywhere** (searched all archived pages, the Word files and press text). Do not state a number.
Press, No Breaks I (list only on `media/media1.php`, titles and dates, 14 items): Radio Fresh FM 20 Apr 2002; Radio Leiderdorp 20 Apr; Postiljon 16 May, 23 May, 20 Jun; Haagsche Courant 5 Jun and 28 Jun; Z FM programme XYZ 11 Jun and 18 Jun; Live XS (June edition); Streekblad Zoetermeer 19 Jun and 28 Jun; Radio Leiderdorp with DJ Ruddo 22 Jun; DJ Ruddo radio report 6 Jul 2002. Only one clipping image survives (`media/postiljon.jpg`, Postiljon 16 May 2002; not used: third-party publication with a phone number, per gaps-E). `media3.php` also lists "Persbericht 1 to 4" and a radio report for No Breaks II/III; the files themselves are not in Wayback. Also the site hosted a promo CD (cover in gaps-E) and a "No Breaks 2" video (RealPlayer .rm and QuickTime .mov: not archived).

### The Rotterdam night: NOT FOUND
No source documents a No Breaks night in Rotterdam. Searched: both zips (all text/doc/rtf files), the full Wayback CDX of no-breaks.net (234 URLs, 2002-06 to 2011), nobreaksradio.tk, unityfm.nl 2003 snapshot, Facebook export (messages only; one message mentions "de studio van No Breaks", nothing on events) and Instagram export (0 hits). Rotterdam appears only as: (a) presale outlet Triple Vision for No Breaks III; (b) radio guests "Rotterdams BreaksCorps" (26 Sep 2003) and "dj Boris uit Rotterdam" (24 Oct 2003); (c) guest group JazzSole telling about their own nights "Da Circle of Sole in de Uni (Rotterdam)" (12 Sep 2003). None of these is a No Breaks event. Possible but unproven: a 2005 party (announced, not evidenced) or a guest slot of Jonathan elsewhere. **Ask Jonathan** venue + date, or drop Rotterdam from the row.

### What exists for images (row 57)
- Already chosen earlier: shirt hero, BOA flyer, NB III flyer 300 px, e-set (NB II flyer, promo CD, banners, Tripwire logo, wordmark).
- New (`no-breaks-k/`): add-01 NB II mascot/merch collage (400 px); add-02 NB II stage with projections (cropped, 400 px); add-03 mascot thumbnail (146 px, too small for use); add-04/05/06 No Breaks I art by Zoo crew and CMF crew (106 to 200 px, RES); add-07 to 11 five PreParty 18 May 2002 photos without identifiable faces (483 px, dark phone-camera quality, RES); add-12 BACK ONCE AGAIN lettering rendered from vector (1170x1654, type only).
- Not selected because of consent: the other 13 PreParty photos (identifiable faces incl. a sleeping person, MC, dancers), the five DJ bio cards (`images/history/nobreaks1/dj/*bio.jpg`: face, real name, age, hometown, some minors), `j.jpeg` in No Breaks.zip (three people in a boiler room, 300x232; filename looks like a stock-photo id, NOT confirmed to be the Tripwire team: do not caption as such).
- Missing: any photo of a night in De Boerderij itself, a No Breaks I flyer/poster, NB II/III posters beyond the web flyers, press clippings, a visitor count, the NB II video. The Wayback gallery images are 324 to 483 px.

## 2. No Breaks Radio (row 58)
Format (tripwire.php): live Fridays 21:00 to 23:00; two or more guests per show who tell who they are; weekly album, news, checklist; last 30 minutes a guest DJ set after an interview; programming and presentation by the three Tripwire members. RealPlayer archive page `radio/home.php`; live stream via the Unity 106.1FM webstream (2003 to 2004); site used `nobreaksradio.tk` redirect (Wayback only the empty 2004-02 capture).
Who presented: **calendar `NobreaksRadiocalender.doc`** (empty plan, Fridays 10 Jan to Sep 2003) cycles through initials **S, J, R** (J = every third Friday; "No Breaks" noted at 28 Mar 2003). Inference only: three Tripwire members, J = Jonathan. Gaps-E names Samira Zafar and Robert-Jan Vroling from the clipping. Ask Jonathan to confirm the S/J/R key. On 28 Nov 2003 the show closed with a set by Erjee (Tripwire Productions), i.e. members also played.

Audio in `B01/No Breaks 2.zip` (ffprobe on single extracted members; all MP3, 44.1 kHz stereo, tags = file name only, encoded with iTunes 2.0.4 except JazzSole):
| Friday | Programme title (folder) | Duration | Bitrate | Size |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 05-09-2003 | DJ Design | 115:39 | 160 | 139 MB |
| 12-09-2003 | JazzSole (Innavision and Mindeye) | 114:57 | 128 (Amadeus II) | 110 MB |
| 03-10-2003 | DJ Djessie (Lautan) | 114:28 | 160 | 137 MB |
| 10-10-2003 | Chezz & Deep Diggin | 115:08 | 160 | 138 MB |
| 07-11-2003 | Da Huge | 46:56 | 128 | 45 MB (cut short) |
| 05-12-2003 | Shapeshifter | 113:39 | 128 | 109 MB |
| 12-12-2003 | dj Dee Pro | 113:38 | 128 | 109 MB |
| 02-01-2004 | WouterZoocrew | 114:20 | 128 | 110 MB |
| 09-01-2004 | Longplayers (folder says 2003, file says 2004) | 112:44 | 128 | 108 MB |
Eight also have a ~18 MB RealMedia `.rm` and a `.ram` pointer. Photo-only shows: 14-11-2003 Thelonious, 06-02-2004 ArticBalance (gaps-B). So "two-hour show" is accurate to within ~5 min (the 21:00 to 23:00 slot).
Show dates and guest names beyond the folders (programme-title level, from `radio/home.php` 2004-04): 05-09 DJ Design, 12-09 JazzSole, 19-09 Mynor, 26-09 Rotterdams BreaksCorps, 03-10 Djessie Lautan, 10-10 Chezz & Deep Diggin, 17-10 Scarr, 24-10 Boris, 31-10 Bob, 07-11 Da Huge, 14-11 Thelonius, 21-11 Overflow, 28-11 Mormo & Theme (No Breaks III special), 05-12 Shapeshifter, 12-12 Dee Pro, 19-12 Spindoktor Ries. Albums of the week and scrap notes in `Docs/` are third-party track data: not used. The interview file `interviews/OneSelf.doc` is a No Breaks written interview with the group OneSelf (answers mention a May 2005 tour, so written 2004/05): third-party content, do not quote.
Mixcloud `mrlowman` (api.mixcloud.com, checked today): exactly four NBR uploads, all created 2016-10-19: 05-09-2003 (6939 s, 15 plays), 05-12-2003 (6819 s, 3), 03-10-2003 (6868 s, 20), 02-01-2004 (6859 s, 8). Durations equal the local mp3s to the second, so these are the same files. No description, no tags. Five of the nine recordings are not online.
Images: nothing new that is safe except four deck/hand crops (`no-breaks-radio-k/`: add-01 to 04, 1536 to 1750 px, faces cropped out; EXIF 5 Sep to 15 Nov 2003, camera shots of the Leiderdorp studio). Existing hero (06-02-2004 turntable close-up) stays the best. The web photos `jazzsole.jpg`, `dahuge.jpg`, `chezz&deepdiggin.jpg`, `DJDesign.JPG` show guests recognisably (published by the show in 2003); keep as programme-title only, consent unasked. Unity logo files in B01/Unity FM.zip are 2009 (gaps-E).
Missing: a show graphic/schedule flyer, jingles as images, any photo with the presenters (none identified), the 2005 shows (only guest names on `degasten.html`).

## 3. Consent / risk summary
- Guests in studio and PreParty photos, DJ bio cards (names, ages, hometowns, minors likely): do not publish; use crops/objects only.
- Contact data: `adresses` file, Stichting forms, flyers with phone numbers (lable.pdf), Postiljon clipping.
- Third-party track lists, interview (OneSelf), Buma/Stemra and Hexstatic notes: not for the site.
- Stage names of acts appear on flyers; as programme titles they are fine, but no name of a person next to a face.

## 4. Proposed row lines (English, no invention)
- **57 No Breaks, 2002 to 2007** (span claim: first night 2002; last night Back Once Again Aug 2007; the radio ran to 2005; foundation formally ended 2022, not needed): "Club nights at De Boerderij in Zoetermeer, run by Tripwire Productions: three editions in 2002 and 2003 and a reunion in 2007." Blurb option: "No Breaks put young DJs, VJs and visual artists on the stage of De Boerderij in Zoetermeer: a first night on 29 June 2002, then 29 March and 29 November 2003, from late evening until five. A reunion followed on 3 August 2007." Needs from Jonathan: role/design credit, Rotterdam, visitor numbers.
- **58 No Breaks Radio, 2002 to 2005**: "Weekly Friday-evening radio show from Leiderdorp, with guest DJs and artists each week." Blurb option: "From October 2002 No Breaks made a two-hour live show every Friday evening, first on Radio Leiderdorp, later on Unity FM 106.1, with a different guest DJ closing each week. Nine recordings survive; four are on Mixcloud."
- Both: lead remains a non-face object (shirt hero / turntable close-up); PreParty crops are fallback rows.

## 5. Questions for Jonathan (smallest set)
1. Rotterdam: which night? (nothing found)
2. Who designed the flyers, site, mascot, poster art? Who drew the Zoo crew / CMF crew pieces?
3. S/J/R on the radio calendar = the three presenters, J = you?
4. Does the row span become 2002 to 2007 (and radio 2002 to 2005)?
5. Any photos or numbers (visitors) from the nights in De Boerderij?
