An ordering platform for chefs and growers, WhatsApp-first because that is where the chefs already were. Built and maintained with an agentic fix lane: a queue, a subagent that fixes, independent subagents that validate blind, a revert test, then a commit.
Self-service onboarding never took off. Every grower still arrives through a conversation.
An AI analytics product for community health centres. Within Since Today I ran five sprints: the identity, a Figma interface kit for the platform, the website, and a slide template for the team, built on one set of shapes, colours and a pictogram pattern.
I designed its face, not its models. What the product does is the client’s work.
A video-art platform in print and online, self-funded for ten years. It did not find its market and I closed it. In 2026 I rebuilt the archive from five database dumps and the web archive.
What I keep: a structured record outlives its runtime, a presentation goes down with it.
A long-running system for growing food on walls, built with cultural and educational institutions. The method is kept open, documented as a wiki anyone can take over.
Resonate Garden (2022) took one measurement stream out of the soil and sent it to image and to sound at the same time, so an invisible system becomes something you can read. With Beer van Geer, sound by Yota Morimoto.
A company in malaria prevention that hired Since Today for capital raising and market access. I made the deck, the campaign pages and the brand kit underneath them.
